Phosphat plus
Due to the ever more effective filter techniques, the issue of nutrient limiting has become more and more important. Often the phosphate value falls below the detection level and must be artificially adjusted.
We provide with Phosphate Plus a nutrient solution with which the phosphate content in the sea- and freshwater aquarium can be raised quickly and uncomplicated.
10 mL of Phosphate Plus doses to 100 L of aquarium water increase the phosphate content by 0.1 mg/L (1 mL / 100 L increases accordingly by 0.01 mg/L). Due to this low concentration of the solution the phosphate content can be individually adjusted in the smallest steps.
Precondition for the successful use of the solution is an accurate measurement of the phosphate concentration, as well as a very slow adjustment of the water values to the desired value.
A too fast adjustment or overdosing can have negative consequences for the aquarium inhabitants.
