DOA - dead on arrival

We attach great importance to a safe packaging of the animals during transport. That's why we can guarantee a live arrival of the corals.

Should something unexpectedly happen, or should you not be sure if the coral has been damaged, take a photo and write to us 24 hours after arrival at the latest (info@korallen-schaetze.de). We find a customer-oriented solution or give tips on how to feed a weakening coral up.

Conditions for the guaratee:

• the address provided was correct
• recipient was at home on agreed delivery day
• email with photo written within 24 hours

The free gift coral is excluded from the guarantee.

If you change the delivery address or delivery day with the transport service provider without consulting us and the delivery is delayed as a result, the guarantee will expire.
